Veigar Margeirsson is an Icelandic composer working internationally across film, television, jazz ensembles, and large-scale orchestral music. He is the co-founder of Pitch Hammer Music, a Los Angeles–based production company specializing in custom music for motion picture marketing, film, and television scores.

His work has been featured in countless major motion picture campaigns including Ready Player One, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Batman Begins, and Joker, part of a campaign that received a Clio Key Art Award for music.

Recent projects include the score for the television series Reykjavík Fusion and his 2026 album Five Birds, recorded with the Reykjavík Big Band.
